▶️ Access to Class Recordings — Access the previous week's class recordings. Watch at your own pace, repeat classes as many times as you want, and stay consistent on your schedule.

Hi, I'm Ron Dorr — founder of Quality of Life Fitness and creator of Ageless Balance. My goal since day one has been simple: make fitness available to every older adult who needs it, no matter their age, condition, or income. Nobody gets left behind. Nobody gets turned away.
